❇️ Follow this guide to sync your Typeform submissions to Laylo

Build your Typeform with phone number and/or email field

IMPORTANT:  Your Typeform must include marketing-consent fine print: "By submitting my information, I agree to receive recurring automated marketing messages to the contact information provided and to Laylo's Terms of Service, Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy. Msg frequency varies. Msg & Data Rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help."

Copy your Webhook URL (on Laylo)

2A. Log into Laylo

2B. Navigate to Settings → Integrations

2C. Scroll to the Typeform app and click to open it

2D. Copy the Webhook URL (you'll use it in step 4 below — it should start with https://events.laylo.com)

Open the Connect panel (on Typeform)

3A. Open the form you want to connect and click the Connect tab at the top of the editor

3B. Connect opens on the Integrations sub-tab by default

3C. Click the Webhooks sub-tab

3D. Click Add a webhook

Add the Webhook & toggle it ON (on Typeform)

4A. In the Add a webhook window, paste your Laylo Webhook URL (from step 2D) into the Endpoint field

4B. Click Save webhook

Confirm Connection (on Laylo)

As soon as data begins flowing from Typeform → Laylo (aka once your first fan has submitted the form) you will be able to confirm the connection with these steps:

5A. Navigate to Laylo Settings → Integrations

5B. The Typeform app will display a green status indicator once we have received data

5C. Navigate to your fan dashboard to see fan data funneling in from Typeform

Troubleshooting

• Not seeing any fans? Make sure your Typeform includes a Phone number (or Email) question — that's the opt-in signal Laylo reads from each submission.
• Webhook not firing? In Typeform, confirm the webhook is toggled Webhook ON and that you pasted the full Webhook URL into the Endpoint field.
• Want to test it? In Typeform's webhook View deliveries view, click Test endpoint, or simply submit a test response to your form.
