❇️ Follow this guide to sync your fan data from Seated to Laylo

Generate API Key (on Laylo)

1A. Log into Laylo

1B. Navigate to Settings → Integrations

1C. Scroll to the Seated app and generate a new API Key

1D. Copy the Webhook URL from Laylo (you'll use it in step 2D below)

Navigate to Laylo Integration (on Seated)

2A. Log into your Seated dashboard

2B. Navigate to Settings → Integrations

2C. Find the Laylo tile and click "+ Create"

2D. Paste your Webhook URL (from step 1D) into the "API TOKEN" field

2E. Click Save

Confirm Connection (on Laylo)

As soon as data begins flowing from Seated → Laylo (aka once your first fan has signed up) you will be able to confirm the connection with these steps:

4A. Navigate to Laylo Settings → Integrations

4B. The Seated app will display a green status indicator

4C. Navigate to your fan dashboard to see fan data funneling in from Seated

Troubleshooting

• Don't see the Laylo tile on Seated? Make sure you have admin access to your Seated account. Contact your Seated account admin if the Laylo integration isn't visible.
• Connection not showing green? The connection will only turn green once data has begun flowing (aka once a new fan has opted in via Seated)
• API Key not working? Make sure you copied the full key without any extra spaces. You can regenerate a new key from Laylo Settings → Integrations if needed.
