❇️ Follow this guide to sync your fan data from Intellijend to Laylo

Generate API Key (on Laylo)

1A. Log into Laylo

1B. Navigate to Settings → Integrations

1C. Scroll to the Intellijend app and generate a new API Key

1D. Copy the API Key from Laylo (you'll use it in the next step)

Navigate to Integration Settings (on Intellijend)

2A. Log into your Intellijend dashboard

2B. Navigate to Settings → Integrations

2C. Find the Laylo integration tile

Connect Laylo (on Intellijend)

3A. Click "Connect to Laylo"

3B. Paste your API Key (from step 1D) into the API Key field

3C. Click Save

Confirm Connection (on Laylo)

As soon as data begins flowing from Intellijend → Laylo (aka once conversions have occurred) you will be able to confirm the connection with these steps:

4A. Navigate to Laylo Settings → Integrations

4B. The Intellijend app will display a green status indicator

4C. Navigate to your fan dashboard to see fan data funneling in

Troubleshooting

• Can't find the Laylo integration tile? Make sure you have admin access to your Intellijend account. Contact your account admin if needed.
• Connection not showing green? The connection will only turn green once data has begun flowing (aka once a conversion has occurred via Intellijend)
• API Key not working? Make sure you copied the full key without any extra spaces. You can regenerate a new key from Laylo Settings → Integrations if needed.
