❇️ Follow this guide to sync your fan data from Bandsintown to Laylo

Copy Webhook URL (on Laylo)

1A. Log into Laylo

1B. Navigate to Settings → Integrations

1C. Scroll to the Bandsintown app and create a new Webhook URL

1D. Copy the Webhook URL from Laylo (you'll use it in step 3 - it should start with events.laylo.com)

Set Up Webhook (on Bandsintown)

2A. Go to your Bandsintown for Artists account (make sure you're logged into the correct artist account)

2B. Navigate to Bandsintown's App Store

2C. Click on the Laylo App

2D. If prompted, review and approve Bandsintown's Data Processing Agreement (DPA) - the webhook setup will continue automatically after approval

Create Webhook & Copy Secret Key

3A. Paste your Webhook URL (from step 1D) into the Webhook URL field on Bandsintown

3B. Click Create Webhook

3C. Copy the Secret Key provided by Bandsintown (you'll paste it into Laylo in the next step)

Save Secret Key & Confirm (on Laylo)

4A. Go back to your Laylo Dashboard → Bandsintown integration

4B. Paste the Secret Key (from step 3C) and click Save

Confirm Connection (on Laylo)

4A. Navigate to Laylo Settings → Integrations

4B. The Bandsintown card will display a green status indicator once we have received data

Note: Only new signups will sync - past fan data can be manually imported.

You're Live!

Every new fan who RSVPs or signs up through your Bandsintown Widget will automatically sync to your Laylo fanbase in live time!

Fans who opt in with a phone number will receive the 'SMS Welcome message' configured under Settings > SMS

Troubleshooting

• Not seeing the Webhook option? Make sure you're logged into the correct artist account on Bandsintown for Artists
• DPA blocking setup? Review and approve the Data Processing Agreement - webhook setup requires
• Connection not showing green? The connection will only turn green once data has begun flowing (aka once your first fan signs up via Bandsintown)
