Copy Webhook URL (on Laylo)

1A. Log into Laylo

1B. Navigate to Settings → Integrations

1C. Scroll to the 237 Global app and create a new Webhook URL

1D. Copy the Webhook URL from Laylo (you'll use it in the next step — it should start with events.laylo.com)

Navigate to Webhook Settings (on 237 Global)

2A. Log into your 237 Global dashboard

2B. Navigate to Settings and open the Integrations (webhooks) section

Paste URL & Save Webhook

3A. Paste your Webhook URL (from step 1D) into the webhook URL field

3B. Enable the fan events you want synced: app join (check-in), paid membership purchase, and VIP upgrade

3C. Click "Save" and you're done!

Confirm Connection (on Laylo)

As soon as data begins flowing from 237 Global → Laylo (aka once a fan joins your app or purchases a membership) you will be able to confirm the connection with these steps:

4A. Navigate to Laylo Settings → Integrations

4B. The 237 Global app will display a green status

You're Live!

Fans who join your app, buy a membership or upgrade to VIP via 237 Global will now automatically sync to your Laylo fanbase

Fans who opt in with a phone number will receive the 'SMS Welcome message' configured under Settings > SMS
